Mill certificate, protective film and moisture-proof export packing per the agreed standard, with shipping documents issued against your payment terms.
Most families start from one metric tonne per specification, though the practical minimum depends on gauge and width — very thin foil or very wide coated coil may carry a higher floor. The exact MOQ is confirmed with your quotation.
Yes. Flat samples of standard gauges and finishes are available on request so you can check surface, formability and coating adhesion on your own line before the production order. Sample availability and courier cost are confirmed by our sales desk.
Each shipment is accompanied by a mill certificate stating chemical composition and mechanical properties, plus the commercial and shipping documents your bank or customs broker requires. Coated and mirror material ships with protective film and moisture-proof packing as standard.
As benchmark metal plus regional premium plus conversion — the three lines are shown separately on the quotation. Our aluminium price centre explains the structure and shows the current benchmark trend.
Send the alloy, temper, gauge, width and quantity — or just the drawing. You will get a specification-confirmed quotation with the metal, premium and conversion lines shown separately.

Home/Products/Aluminium sheet & plate
Product categoryFlat rolled aluminium sheet and plate in 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 5052 and 6061, from 0.2 mm sheet to 200 mm plate, cut to length or supplied in coil, with mill, brushed, mirror or colour coated finish.
Each product page carries the full specification, tolerances, packing options and an enquiry route for that specific form.
Aluminium sheet is the starting point for most fabrication work: laser and punch blanks, brake-pressed panels, welded tanks, marine decks, vehicle bodies and architectural cladding. KONCEN rolls and converts sheet in Henan, China, so both the alloy and the gauge are made to the order rather than bought to whatever the warehouse happens to hold.
Thin sheet (0.2–6.0 mm) is normally supplied from coil and cut to length, which lets us hold length tolerance tightly and avoid the camber you get from re-coiling. Thicker plate (6–200 mm) is hot rolled, stress-relieved and sawn, and is used for mould bases, jigs, aerospace tooling plate and heavy structural work.
Tell us the fabrication route — forming, welding, anodising, painting or machining — and we will recommend the temper that behaves best in it. 5052-H32 for forming and marine, 6061-T6 for machining and structural load, 3003 for general fabrication, 1050/1060 where conductivity or reflectivity matters more than strength.
Cut-to-length service: sheet can be levelled, cut to any length from 300 mm, and protected with PVC film or interleaving paper before packing.

In practice the cut-off sits at around 6 mm: below that it is called sheet and is rolled from coil; above it, plate is hot rolled and usually sawn or flame-cut. Plate holds thickness tolerance differently and is generally supplied in fixed sheet sizes rather than long coils.
Yes. Cut-to-length runs from 300 mm up to 12,000 mm, levelled to remove coil set. Sending the finished part size instead of the coil width usually lowers both material waste and freight volume.
For forming plus corrosion resistance choose 5052-H32; for anodised architectural panels choose 5005 or 6063; for machined structural parts choose 6061-T6. Salt-water exposure favours 5083 or 5052 H116/H321.
Every order ships with a mill test certificate showing alloy, temper, mechanical properties and heat number. SGS, BV or TUV inspection can be arranged before loading at the buyer's cost.

Coil is the form you want whenever the next step is continuous: roll forming, slitting, press feeding, laminating or coating. KONCEN casts and cold rolls coil at its own base in Henan, so gauge, temper and surface are set to the order and the coil ID, OD and weight are matched to your decoiler.
For roofing and cladding we run 3003, 3004 and 5052 in H24/H26 tempers that hold shape after roll forming without spring-back. For deep drawing and spinning we supply 1050 and 1060 in O or H12. For insulation jacketing and ducting, 1060 and 3003 coil is laminated or embossed in the same plant, which removes one handling step and one layer of cost.
Coil can be shipped mill finish, pre-lubricated for drawing, PVC filmed, colour coated (PE or PVDF), embossed with stucco or diamond pattern, or mirror polished. Slitting to any width from 16 mm is done on the same line — see aluminium strip for narrow widths.
Coil ID is supplied at 508 mm as standard; 305 mm, 405 mm and 610 mm can be produced to match your uncoiler mandrel.

Standard is 508 mm ID with 3–8 MT per coil, packed eye-to-sky on wooden pallets. If your decoiler takes a different mandrel we can produce 305, 405 or 610 mm ID, and we will cap the weight to your crane or line limit.
Yes. Slitting runs from 16 mm up, with burr controlled to under 5% of thickness. Narrow widths are usually quoted as aluminium strip rather than coil, with tighter width tolerance and traverse-wound packing.
Mill finish forms its own oxide and is fine for hidden or industrial use. For visible architectural work, PVDF coating (70% resin) keeps colour and gloss for 20–25 years; PE is the economical choice for 10–15 years inland.
Yes, mixed containers are normal. Different alloys or finishes can be combined as long as each specification meets the typical 1 MT minimum, and we will plan the loading so each pallet is accessible at discharge.

Specifications on this page are typical production ranges; exact limits are confirmed on the order acknowledgement. KONCEN ALUMINUM supplies sheet, coil, strip, foil and finished surfaces from one production base in Henan, China.
Narrow aluminium strip slit from coil in 1060, 3003, 5052 and 8011, 0.15–3.0 mm thick and 4–500 mm wide, with controlled edge burr and traverse or ribbon winding for transformer, cable, blind and channel letter production.
One page covers the whole strip range: slit width, winding, edge condition and the alloys each application needs.
Strip is what you buy when the width matters more than the sheet size. We slit master coil on dedicated lines with knife setting checked against the order, holding width to ±0.05 mm and edge burr below 5% of thickness, which is what keeps a transformer winding machine or a roll former running without stoppages.
Transformer grade strip is the most demanding: 1060-O in 0.2–3.0 mm with conductivity checked at 61% IACS minimum, clean edges and no camber, wound so that the conductor lays flat in the winding. Cable armour and shielding strip uses the same alloy with different temper and packing.
Lighter gauges go into venetian blind slat, channel letter coil, bottle cap stock and heat exchanger fin. Winding can be traverse (oscillate) wound for long runs on small diameter, ribbon wound for thicker strip, or pad wound for short lengths. Rounded or deburred edges are available where the strip passes through a die or a hand-guided tool.
Traverse winding gives up to 20× more running length per coil on thin gauges — ask for it when your line runs continuously and coil changes cost downtime.

Down to 4 mm on thin gauges, with knife clearance set per order. Below roughly 0.5 mm thickness the practical minimum width depends on temper — send the combination and we will confirm what the line can hold.
Traverse (oscillate) winding lays the strip back and forth across a wide spool instead of stacking one layer on top of the next. It multiplies the running length per coil by roughly 10–20 times on thin gauges, which suits continuous transformer and cable lines that cannot afford frequent coil changes.
Yes. 1060-O strip is checked at 61% IACS or better and the value is recorded on the mill certificate. If your design needs a specific resistivity, state it on the enquiry so the melt and anneal route is set accordingly.
Both. Standard slitting leaves a small square-edge burr below 5% of thickness; deburring removes it and rounding produces a radiused edge for strip that runs through dies or is handled by hand.
Width, thickness, alloy, temper, edge condition, spool ID and annual quantity — we will quote slit and packed, with a sample coil available for line trials.

Home/Products/Embossed aluminium
Product categoryPatterned aluminium sheet and coil embossed on the rolling line in stucco, diamond, orange peel and custom patterns, 0.1–3.0 mm thick, for insulation jacketing, cold-room liners, anti-slip flooring, lighting reflectors and decorative panels.
Both pages below cover embossed material — plain embossed for jacketing and flooring, and embossed with colour coating where the pattern needs to hold paint.

Stucco, diamond and orange peel embossed aluminium in 1060, 3003 and 5052 for insulation jacketing, anti-slip flooring, cold rooms and decorative panels.

Embossed coil with PE or PVDF colour coating applied over the pattern, used where the jacketing or panel has to carry a specified colour as well as texture.
Embossing rolls a raised pattern into the surface as the metal passes through the mill. The pattern does three useful things: it hides handling marks and dents, it adds stiffness so a thinner gauge can do the same job, and it breaks up light reflection so large areas read evenly instead of showing every wave in the panel.
Stucco is the standard pattern for pipe and vessel insulation jacketing — it is the finish most insulation contractors specify because it sheds water and survives bending over large diameters. Diamond (or tread plate pattern) is used for anti-slip flooring, ramps, vehicle steps and cold-room floors. Orange peel and finer textures are chosen for decorative panels, lift interiors and appliance backs.
We emboss 1060, 1100, 3003 and 5052 in coil or sheet. Because the pattern is rolled in, not applied, there is no coating to scratch off, and the material can be anodised or painted afterwards if the project calls for colour.
Embossing adds roughly 0.02–0.10 mm of pattern depth: specify base gauge plus pattern so the finished thickness matches your design.

Stucco is a fine, irregular texture used mainly for insulation jacketing — it bends easily over pipe diameters and hides marks. Diamond (tread) is a raised regular lattice used for anti-slip flooring and steps; it is deeper and stiffer and is not intended to wrap around tight radii.
Yes. Pattern height is added on top of the base gauge, typically 0.02–0.10 mm. If your design calls for a finished thickness, tell us and we will select the base gauge so the embossed result lands on target.
Both. The pattern is rolled into the metal, so there is no layer to damage. Colour coating (PE or PVDF) can be applied over the embossed surface, and anodising works well on 5xxx and 6xxx material with the texture still visible.
The alloy properties are unchanged, but the pattern increases section stiffness, so a panel resists oil-canning and denting better at the same gauge. That is why jacketing and liner specifications often use embossed material one gauge thinner than plain sheet.

Home/Products/Mirror aluminium coil
Product categoryMirror finished aluminium sheet and coil polished to 86–95% total reflectivity in 1050, 1060, 1070, 3003 and 5052, 0.2–3.0 mm thick, for luminaire reflectors, solar reflectors, signage and decorative trim.
Open the product page for reflectance grades, anodising options and the packing used to keep a polished surface clean in transit.
Mirror finish is produced by rolling and polishing the surface until it reflects like glass. The grade you need is set by the job: a luminaire reflector needs high specular reflection to throw light forward, a solar reflector needs high total reflectance across the spectrum, and a decorative trim simply needs an even, defect-free shine that survives handling.
We polish 1070 and 1085 for the highest reflectivity, 1050 and 1060 for general reflectors, and 3003 or 5052 where the part also has to be formed or welded. The surface is protected with peelable PVC film so it reaches your press without scratching, and the film stays on through forming.
Anodising after polishing gives a harder, more durable reflective layer and is the usual choice for outdoor lighting and architectural reflectors. Without anodising, mirror aluminium is best kept indoors or behind a cover — the polished surface will dull slowly in a polluted or coastal atmosphere.
Always specify whether you need specular or diffuse reflectance — the two numbers differ by more than 20 percentage points on the same sheet and they are not interchangeable.

Eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall coil packing, seaworthy wooden pallets, VCI paper and steel strapping, shipped from Qingdao or Tianjin.
86% is the standard polished grade, 90% is achievable on 1070/1085 with additional polishing passes, and anodised 1085 reaches about 95% total reflectance. Ask for the measurement method on the certificate — specular and diffuse figures are not the same.
Bare polished aluminium dulls over time in coastal or industrial atmospheres. For outdoor lighting and solar work we recommend anodising, which puts a hard transparent oxide over the polished layer and holds reflectance far longer.
Every sheet or coil is covered with peelable PVC film, interleaved where stacked, and packed on wooden pallets with edge protection. The film is normally left on through cutting and forming and peeled at final assembly.
Yes within limits. O and H14 tempers form well; H18 mirror sheet is stiff and is better for flat or gently curved parts. Send the bend radius and we will advise the temper that forms without crazing the polished surface.

Home/Products/Pre-painted aluminium
Product categoryColour coated aluminium coil and sheet with PE or PVDF finishes in RAL and custom shades, 0.2–4.0 mm thick, for curtain wall, roofing, composite panel, gutter and interior decoration, with 10–25 year coating warranties.
Both pages cover colour coated material — smooth coated coil for cladding and roofing, and coated coil that carries an embossed pattern.

PE and PVDF colour coated coil and sheet in RAL shades for curtain wall, roofing, composite panel, gutter and interior decoration, with warranty to project.

Colour coated coil with stucco or diamond embossing, used where the specification calls for both a pattern and a guaranteed colour.
Pre-painted (colour coated) aluminium is coil-coated before it reaches the fabricator. The metal is cleaned, pre-treated, primed and oven-cured in a continuous line, which gives a far more uniform film than site spraying and removes the paint shop from your production flow entirely.
Polyester (PE) is the workhorse: good colour range and formability at a sensible price, rated roughly 10–15 years for inland architectural use. PVDF (70% Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 resin) is the specification-grade choice for curtain wall and coastal projects, resisting chalking and fading for 20–25 years. We also run epoxy and modified systems for interior and appliance work.
Colour is matched to RAL, Pantone or a physical sample, with gloss levels from 10% matte to 80% high gloss and textures from smooth to wrinkle and metallic. Coating can be applied to one side or both, and the reverse side is usually given a protective backer coat. Embossed or mirror surfaces can be coated too.
Order coated coil with a protective film and slit after coating where edges must stay unexposed — post-coating slitting keeps the paint edge clean on narrow parts.

Aluminium wire drawn in 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003 and 5052 from 0.5 mm to 12 mm diameter, supplied on spool, in coil or cut to length, for cable conductor, rivets, mesh weaving, zipper and general industrial use.
The product page carries the diameter range, temper and packing options, plus the enquiry route for spool-specific requirements.
Wire is drawn from rolled rod through a series of dies, with intermediate annealing where the reduction is large. What matters in production is consistent diameter, clean surface and the right temper: soft O temper for weaving and forming, harder H18 for springs and straight lengths, and a controlled surface for anything that will be anodised or welded.
We draw 1xxx wire for electrical and chemical uses where conductivity and corrosion resistance lead, 3xxx for general fabrication and rivets, and 5xxx where strength and salt-water resistance are needed. Wire can be supplied bright drawn, anodised, or with a coating for specific applications.
Packing is chosen to suit how you use it: continuous spools sized to your machine's pay-off, catchweight coils, or straightened and cut lengths. Tell us your process and we will set the spool dimensions, traverse and coil weight so the wire runs without snarling.
For weaving and mesh production ask for O temper with controlled cast — it feeds more freely and reduces breakage on high-speed looms.

O (fully annealed) temper feeds most freely and takes the bending a loom imposes without breaking. If your mesh needs to hold shape after weaving, a light H12 or H14 is often the compromise — send a sample of what you make and we will match it.
Yes. We pack to your spool specification including flange diameter, traverse and core, and can load customer-supplied returnable spools. Give us the spool drawing and the pay-off arrangement on the machine.
Certain alloys are. 4043 and 5356 filler wire is used for MIG and TIG welding of aluminium; tell us the parent alloy and the welding process and we will supply the matching filler classification rather than general-purpose wire.
Standard production holds GB/T 3195 or ASTM B211 tolerance for the diameter band. If your process needs tighter control — for cold heading or precision mesh — state the limit on the enquiry so the drawing schedule and die set are planned for it.

Aluminium foil rolled from 0.006 mm to 0.2 mm in 8011, 8021, 8079, 1235 and 1100, supplied in jumbo roll or small roll, for insulation facing, flexible packaging, food containers, tape, battery and pharmaceutical use.
The product page covers the full gauge and alloy range, plus the conversion options for jumbo or small rolls.
Foil is the thinnest form aluminium is rolled to. Below 0.01 mm it is called double-zero foil because the gauge has two zeros after the decimal point, and it is rolled as two layers at once — the mating surfaces come out bright and the roll-facing sides matt, which is why one side of household foil is shiny.
Alloy choice follows the application: 1235 and 8079 for flexible packaging laminates and pharmaceutical blister, 8011 for container stock and bottle caps, 8021 for deep-drawn pharmaceutical and pouch laminates, 1100 and 1060 for insulation facing and capacitor foil. Temper ranges from soft O for lamination to H18 for container stock.
We supply jumbo rolls slit to your width and rewound to your core, or converted small rolls for distribution. Pinhole count is controlled and reported on request — it is the number that decides whether a foil can be used for barrier packaging at all.
Pinhole count matters below 0.02 mm: specify the maximum acceptable count per square metre when the foil is used as a barrier layer.
| Alloys | 1235, 1100, 1060, 8011, 8021, 8079 |
|---|---|
| Tempers | O (soft), H14, H16, H18, H19, H22, H24 |
| Thickness | 0.006–0.2 mm (6–200 microns) |
| Width | ≤1,600 mm jumbo, slit to order |
| Core / OD | 76 mm / 152 mm core (3″ / 6″), OD to customer machine limit |
| Surface | One side bright / one side matt (double rolled), both sides bright on heavier gauges |
| Pinhole | Controlled to specification; count reported on request for barrier grades |
| Standards | GB/T 3198, ASTM B479, EN 546 |

Below about 0.01 mm the foil is rolled as two sheets stacked together. The faces touching each other come out bright; the faces touching the rolls come out matt. It is a normal result of the process, not a defect, and both sides perform identically as a barrier.
8021 is the usual choice for cold-form blister foil because it draws deeply without pinholing; 8011 is common for push-through lidding. Tell us the forming depth and the barrier requirement and we will confirm the gauge and temper.
A pinhole is a microscopic hole through the foil. At heavier gauges they are irrelevant, but for barrier packaging they let oxygen and moisture through. We control pinhole count during rolling and can report it per square metre for barrier grades — state your limit when you enquire.
Yes. Jumbo rolls are slit and rewound to your core and outside diameter, with the OD capped to your machine limit. Send the unwind and rewind specification and we will set the rewinding tension accordingly.
Thickness, alloy, temper, width, core, OD and application — we will quote jumbo or converted rolls with pinhole class confirmed for barrier grades.
